PRINCE2® 7 Foundation – 3-Day Intensive Workshop

This three-day intensive workshop introduces delegates to the PRINCE2® 7 project management methodology, one of the world’s most widely used project management frameworks. Participants will gain a solid understanding of the PRINCE2 principles, practices, processes, and project roles required to manage projects effectively in today’s dynamic environments.

The workshop combines instructor-led sessions, practical examples, group discussions, and exam preparation to ensure delegates fully understand how PRINCE2 can be applied to real projects. By the end of the course, participants will be well prepared to sit for the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation certification exam and will have the knowledge needed to work effectively within a PRINCE2 project team.
